As part of Ascension's COVID-19 response, we have established an after hours Emergency Support Hotline in addition to our normal Support Line. Ascension realized in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic how hard our customers were working keeping your constituents informed on your activities during the crisis. Combined with adjusting to a remote workforce, new challenges were requiring longer staff hours and therefore extended need for support. As a result, we acted quickly to offer an after hours Emergency Support Hotline to ensure Ascension customers could reach us when it mattered most. This benefit is available to all Ascension customers at no additional cost and will continue until the COVID-19 pandemic subsides.
